Most jobs need more than one trade. We do the roof, the board, the floors and the paint ourselves, so you make one call instead of four.

Full tear-offs and reroofs: new sheathing where the old boards are soft, underlay, shingles and the clean-up after. Houses, garages and commercial buildings.
Workmanship warranty on every roof

Flooring and ceramic tile
Laminate, vinyl plank, hardwood and ceramic tile, cut and set properly, with the baseboard and transitions finished after.

Gyprock
Walls and ceilings hung tight and straight. Ceiling sheets go up on a drywall lift, not on somebody's head.

Mud and tape
Taping, mudding and sanding until the seams and screw heads disappear under the paint.

Prime and paint
Everything covered first, then primed, then painted. Ceilings sprayed and back-rolled, walls cut in and rolled.

Interior finishing
Doors, casing, baseboard and wainscoting: the last details that make a room look done.

Renovations
Kitchens, living rooms and whole houses, stripped to the studs and built back. Decks too, and new builds.

River Ryan Renovators is Bill MacEachern's company. We're based on Amelia Street in Scotchtown and we've been working across Cape Breton since 2020.
The crew does a bit of everything: roofs, tile and plank floors, gyprock, mud and tape, paint and trim, right up to full gut renos. If your job needs more than one of those, it's still one phone call and one crew.
